Ethel will be missed every day, but Wednesday mornings will not be the same at Norfolk Library where she would volunteer at our story time. Ethel provided many hours of her time to help our community and our library in ways that weren’t always noticed by all but a few. She was very much appreciated and she will be a great loss to all. Norfolk Library sends our condolences to the family
