Rose took such good care of our youngest son, Brian Welch. I always felt so good dropping him off there, knowing he'd be both safe and learning things he needed to learn, as well as making friends and just having a lot of fun. I can't even imagine how many young lives she impacted. It is a beautiful legacy to leave. My heart goes out to the family, as I know she will be missed.
