My condolences to the Palmer family. Blanche was always considered to be a very special person to the KKelly family. Quiet frequently her name would service in discussions with my parents when discussing community and school related issues.
Blanche definitely played major roles with Norfolk Union Free School District and Norwood-Norfolk Central School. Many people can reflect on her regarding the ways she helped them with their professional growth.
Definitely a great lady who will be remembered by her communities, profession, friends and neighbors.
