COLTON—Private services for 76 year old Helen G. "Gerry" Tucker were held privately at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Colton. Gerry passed away on August 17, 2016 at the Maplewood Campus in Canton. Gerry is survived by her brother, Thomas Tucker, South Colton; her two sisters, Judith Mannix, Plattsburgh, NY and Carolyn and Fred Becker, Norwalk, CT as well as several nieces and nephews.
Born in Potsdam, NY on March 16, 1940 to the late Stanley N. and Julia T. Trombley Tucker, Gerry worked at the North Country Saving Bank for over 25 years, retiring in 1999. She was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed traveling and caring for and helping her elderly friends in the community. Memorial Donations in Gerry's memory can be made to a charity of ones' choice.
