It's been many years sine I have lived in the Potsdam area but when I found my way back I ran in to your Dad many times. Sometimes in a diner in Colton or Norwood or even at an auction in the area. It always amazed me how little he changed and how great he looked. Junior -as we called him from our first meeting in Norwood- was a special Casey Family friend. We lost our Dad in the 65 60's he was so wonderful to our ill Mom. Then mom too passed away in 67 and he was so great a friend to always be there for us. When I returned from my stint in the service in Southeast Asia your Dad and Fay Hunter helped assimilate me back into the normal north country routine at the Sunset! Foe over 60 years he was our Friend and we have fond memories. I hope that the three of you have wonderful memories to help you through this difficult time. An OLD friend! Tim Casey

My heart felt grief goes out to the family of Harold Buck Jr. I have known Harold since I was a young boy in Norwood and had the pleasure of working for him one summer at the Norwood Funeral Home. I can't say enough good things about Harold. I will miss him and think of him often.

Barbara & Family,
My condolences to the Buck family with the passing of a great husband and father.
Growing up in the Norfolk and Norwood communities and having resided in the Colton area in later years, I retain many fond memories of association with Bucky.
Was a great person who gave so much to the communities and its residents.
Great sense of humor who made people comfortable in his presence.
Definitely an icon of the North Country who will be remembered.
