My condolences to the family of Frances with her passing.
Her son Jack and I grew up together in Norfolk and it was my pleasure to experience wonderful times visiting with her.
Frances touched the lives of many through her associations with the school, library and her church.
Know that many stories can be shared regarding her interactions with people.
History will treat her kindly for her many contributions.
