I truly loved this woman. She was close to my mother Joan E. (Mattice-Oakes)Miller. I remember staying with her when I was 13 yrs and it was so great. She always acted like a teenager. She was so young at heart and thats how I will always remember her.

Ronnie and I were saddened to read of Frances' death. She was so faithful at keeping in touch with our mother. Unfortunately I have an appointment in Albany tomorrow and Ronnie has to work. We are sorry for your loss. Mary Jane and Ronnie
Frances was a wonderful lady,always had a smile.We use to see her so much at the casino in Massena. She loved to play the machines. She will be missed. God Bless your family.

I always saw Francis at Mohawk Bingo palace and she never failed to stop and visit. She was a sweet lady who will be missed. my sympathy to the family. If there is bingo in heaven she will be playing!!!!!
