Obituary of Rochelle A. Davis

MASSENA – Funeral services for Rochelle A. Davis, 79, a resident of 227 Bayley Road, Massena, will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood. Burial will be held in the Adath Israel Jewish Cemetery in Massena following the services. A calling hour will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Rochelle passed away on November 26, 2024 in her home, surrounded by many that loved and cared for her. Rochelle is survived by her family and friends within the SUNMOUNT and NYSARC communities. Born on January 4, 1945 in Manhattan NY to the late Harry and Mildred Margolis Davis, Rochelle was a member of the Sunmount Community for many years. She was an avid animal lover, especially of cats as she owned one for many years. She really enjoyed any opportunities to visit pets, wildlife at farms and animals at nature centers, zoos and shelters. She loved shopping, dining out, arts and crafts and playing board games. Rochelle was a very social woman who loved musical entertainment and community gatherings. She liked to look her best every day, no matter the occasion. Children also put a huge smile on Rochelle's face. She loved it when they would come to visit or when she went out into the community to see them.
