Obituary of Pedro Jugo

NORWOOD – Funeral services for Pedro Jugo, 73, a resident of 2 Spruce Street, Norwood, will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with Rev. Raymond Moreau presiding. Burial will be held in the Calvary Cemetery, Norwood. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral. Pedro passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Pedro is survived by his family and friends within the SUNMOUNT and NYSARC communities. Born on November 25, 1951, in Brooklyn, NY to Pedro and Georgina Jugo, he was a resident of Willowbrook and then moved to his forever home at 2 Spruce St., Norwood, NY on December 16, 1992. Pedro enjoyed greeting others with a friendly "Hello" or "Hey". He enjoyed going for rides and into his community for a snack, coffee, or a soda. Pedro enjoyed interactions with others in his home with a joyful sense of humor as he played games with staff that included a ball, or stuffed items. He often kept everyone in his home on their toes, as he was energetic and full of 'spunk'. Pedro enjoyed spending time outside in his yard in the fresh air on the swing and bounced balls.
