Joelle and Brooke,
Sending supportive and loving thoughts to you and your family. Your Mom and Dad were an important part of my family's lives during the 1960's.
We were a great team at CPCS. I'm so sorry for your loss.

What a wonderful teacher! I remember a Ms. Robinson in my classroom and I thought she was beautiful (inside and out). And then the next year I saw a Mrs. Woolston and as a child I couldn’t believe how lucky I was. This beautiful person would be my teacher. And then she took us to Hawaii, opening my eyes to a place outside of Colton NY! She was a wonderful person and I feel so blessed to have her be a part of my life. I hope she knew how much I appreciated her in my life during my formative years and as a friend later in life. May you rest in peace, Mrs. Woolston.

I was heartbroken to hear of Mrs. Woolston’s passing. She was one of the best teachers at our little school and as many have mentioned, always had a smile on her face. You will be missed by all who knew you. My thoughts and prayers go out to Brooke, Joelle, and their families.

Marilyn was kindergarten teacher all parents would want for their children. One opening day I watched as Marilyn gently took a sobbing mother's hand as she was about to send her son for his first day of school. After talking to the mother for a few seconds, Marilyn then led the mother into the classroom saying, "Why don't you come and help me for the first hour?" So successful was that experience, the mother became Marilyn's volunteer aide the rest of the semester.
In addition, Marilyn's ability to listen and to be forthright made her a plus during my stay at Colton- Pierrepont.

I remember working with Marilyn for so many years and she always brought humor, sunshine, laughter and sometimes naughty thoughts into the office! I loved talking to her. Sharing thoughts & prayers with you both Joelle & Brooke & your families.

My warmest and most heartfelt condolences to the Woolston family and friends. Marilyn was a sweet, lovely lady we all knew from our years at Colton High, and her beauty and kindness stood out to all the students and faculty. It's so sad we have to say goodbye to yet another wonderful reminder from our early days growing up in that beautiful town called Colton. Mrs. Woolston's impact on everyone around her made school such a joy. Thank you Mrs. Woolston...and thanks to her wonderful hubby she has been reunited with. May their reunion be an example in heaven for us all...to be with the people that made her, Ed and those memories stay with us always. Your presence in the lives of everyone around you will be rememberd always. You will be missed beautiful lady.

I was so saddened to hear of Mrs. Woolston's passing. She will be fondly remembered by anyone that had the great pleasure of knowing her. She always had a friendly smile that lit up the room. You were bound to see that smile when she was with or talking about her family whom she was so very proud of. She will be missed by all and I have no doubt Mr. Woolston was there to greet her on the other side. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Mrs. Woolstens passing. My thought and prayers are with her girls and the families. She truly was one of Coltons best. Through all the hears I lived in colton, during school and after I graduated she always made sure to speak to me. I don't think I ever encountered her that she didn't have a smile on her face. She will be missed by many and always remembered with fondness.
