RAYMONDVILLE – Graveside services for Floyd D. Murray Jr., 55, a resident of 440 Joy Road, Raymondville, will be held in the Visitation Cemetery, Norfolk, later this spring. Floyd passed away suddenly on Thursday afternoon, February 29, 2024 at his home. Floyd is survived by two step-daughters, Natasha and Hillary and their families; two brothers, Douglas and Susan Murray, Norwood and Marty Murray, Raymondville; three sisters, Peggy Agnew and her fiancé Gary Woodward, Norwood; Sherry and Jeff Fullerton, Norwood and Donna Murray and her companion Kyle Rabideau, Norfolk; a sister-in-law, Tammy Murray, Brasher Falls as well as several nieces, nephews and his special buddy, Tanner. Floyd was pre-deceased by his parents, Floyd and Eileen Murray and a brother, Roger Murray.


Born in Potsdam, NY on July 8, 1968 to the late Floyd D. and Eileen Villnave Murray, Floyd attended Norwood-Norfolk Central School. Floyd worked as a self-employed carpenter for many years and in his spare time, he enjoyed riding his bike, building things and tinkering and puttering around.
