MASSENA – Calling hours for Louis Altman, 65, a resident of 227 Bayley Road, Massena, will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 from 10 – 11 a.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with graveside services to follow at 12 noon in Calvary Cemetery, Massena. Louis passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Louis is survived by his family and friends within the Sunmount and NYS Jefferson-St. Lawrence ARC communities.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on August 24, 1957 to the late Louis Altman and Vera Allen, Louis loved to manipulate his socks. Whenever you saw him, he would have a sock in his hand and over the years, staff were able to accommodate his love of socks, giving him opportunities to shop and purchase different textured socks.
