POTSDAM -- Durek Rubertone, 44, of Potsdam, NY, passed away early Monday morning on March 13, 2023.

He is survived by his son, Titus Rubertone of Potsdam, his daughter, Bella Rubertone of Potsdam; father, Tony Rubertone of Hamden CT; brother, Trent Maze of SC; and niece, Brittney Maze of SC.

Durek was a loving father and his children, Bella and Titus, were most important in his life.

He loved to cook them dinner and play at the park.

Making them laugh was a priority and he did that every time he saw them.

Whenever he hugged them you could see his love for them shine through.

He taught them a love for Jesus as well.

There will be a memorial service held at Potsdam Church of the Nazarene on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 3:00pm followed by a meal.
