Dear Lin and family,
On behalf of our "Higley" family, we want to extend our sincere condolences for your loss. The news of Sandy's passing has been met with surprise and sadness. We have lost a good friend and neighbor. Sandy's love of family, community and Higley was ever apparent in her actions, conversation and entertaining stories. She will be greatly missed and remembered for the kind person she was.
