NORFOLK—Private services for Lucia A. Burlingame, 74, a resident of the United Helpers Riverledge Nursing Home in Ogdensburg and formerly of Norfolk and Moriah, will be held with the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk. Lucia passed away Tuesday evening at the United Helpers Home. Lucia was born in Moriah, NY on December 14, 1946 to the late Lucian and Esther Dupuis Burlingame and graduated from Port Henry Central School in 1966. The Buck Funeral Home is serving the family of Lucia A. Burlingame.
