MADRID – A Mass of Christian Burial for 84 year old William H. Worster, a resident of 420 Haig Road, Madrid, will be held Monday, December 23, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the St. Andrew's Church in Norwood with Rev. Garry Giroux presiding. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 1 - 3 p.m. Mr. Worster passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at his home. William is survived by his wife of 66 years, Jean, his children, Mark, Robert, Mary, Donald, Paula, Sharon, Nancy, Brenda, Kenny, Lisa, Gloria, Lori, Violet and Alvin along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Gilford and his sister, Bonnie. William is pre-deceased by his four sons, Steven, Lloyd, Willy and David. Born in Allagash, Maine on December 25, 1934 to the late Herbert and Sarah Hafford Worster, William was one of twelve siblings. He married D. Jean Narvie on May 2, 1953. William worked as a heavy equipment operator and worked in construction over the years. He also owned and operated his own trucking business, W. Worster Trucking, as well. He enjoyed woodworking, working around the house and in general, keeping busy. Memories and condolences may be shared online at www.buckfuneralhom.com .
