I’m so sorry for the loss of this woman. My condolences go out to the Charette family. There’s a Scripture d love to share that always comforted me when I lost someone close to me in death. It’s in Revelation 21:4 which causes says: “And he [God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither wklll mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” This is a promise from God they he will end death forever in the future and we will see our loved ones again!

I am sad to learn of the passing of Agnes. I came to know her (and Joe) when they moved to the Highland Nursing Home, where my mother was a resident. I went to the home almost every day, with my dog, Nicholas, until my mother passed away in August of 2017. Since that time Nicholas and I have visited the home about three times a week.
Nicholas was a huge fan of Agnes, and she returned the compliment! She would give him treats and talk and coo at him. He recognized her and would always strain at the leash to get close to her. They were such a pair that I early on told Agnes that we considered her Nick's "Aunt Agnes"--and that's what we called her. I recall the many times that she would call out to him as soon as she saw him "Nicholas, come and see your Aunt Agnes!"
I am confident that Aunt Agnes rests in the sight of God, along with Joe, and we thank Him for the gift of her friendship, brief as it was.

We visited Agnes most Friday afternoons and got a kick out of her humor and spunk. She enjoyed music so much, and I was happy to play piano for her which reminded her of her mother. I took her for walks in good weather and sang for her too. We shall miss her company. Please accept our sympathies for your loss.
