Obituary of Susan J Sattler

NORWOOD – Funeral services for 54 year old Susan K. Sattler, a resident of 31 Church Street, North Lawrence, will be held Sunday, February 10, 2019 at 3 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Sunday from 2 p.m. until the time of the funeral. Ms. Sattler passed away Sunday, February 2, 2019 at her home unexpectedly. Susan is survived by her ex-husband, Louis "Scott" Sattler, Florida; her five sons; Lee Sattler, Ogdensburg, Johnathon "Jack" Sattler, Oregon, Aramis Sattler, Athos Sattler and Porthos Sattler, all of Florida; a daughter, Rachel and Andrew Taylor, Norfolk; her two grandchildren, Alizah Taylor and Nadia Sattler, along with several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her five sisters, Gilda and Keith Rottman, Sherri Haskell, Lisa Schiffman, Jessica Macker, and Rebecca Haskell all of California. Born in San Francisco, California, to the late Robert and Maryann Berry Haskell, Susan graduated from high school and received her Associate's degree. She married Louis "Scott" Sattler on June 11, 1994 that later ended in divorce. Susan loved all animals, especially horses. She enjoyed Falconry with birds of prey, and enjoyed doing wildlife rehabilitation through the DEC. She also loved her family.
