Dear Cindy, Mark, Bob & Ann,
Ray was a very thoughtful man. He always had a smile on his face and made you feel special. Your dad was one of the first people to trust me enough to give me a job constructing your back yard pool. We had a lot of fun and frustration trying to get the clay filled sand to stay in place long enough to get the pool liner into place while we hurried to get the water in the pool. I remember days sitting in your screened in garage
having a drink with your mom and dad. He was also very tolerant in putting up with our loud band ( remember Bob ) in your garage. These are the memories that we cherish as we look back on our child hood in Raymondville. My mother ( Eileen ) died last year.
We will never forget how great our parent were and how well they taught us and raised us to be adults with respect and integrity. We are very sorry we were not able to pay our respects in person as I would have like to have done. May GOD keep you and bless you this day and always ! YSIC, Deacon Rick and Cathy Littlejohn

My condolences and regret that I cannot attend the memorial. I will never forget Ray’s magnetic smile. He and Wil were so happy together. They were one in a million. As kids we had many good times, Cindy and Bob, and later with Ann and Mark too. We also enjoyed good times in Florida, as well, with Mom, Dad and Ed, too Ray and Wilma loved watching the foals frolick in the fields, both here and in NY. We went to flea markets, shopping, and family get togethers. I wish there had been more time. It went too fast. You and Wilma are together again. I will miss you both, until we cross paths again.

I am so sorry to learn of your loss of Ray. I got to know him as a student in my stained glass classes. He was a very talented participant and a delight to have in class. He had told me about making the ME church symbol for the church in Raymondville. Every time we drive through I look up to admire the fine job he did creating the panel. I trust that you have other pieces to be able to remind you of his great talent. May the blessings and strength of the Lord be with your family through this difficult time.

We are so sorry to hear of your father's passing Bob. He was always a calm easy going guy as I recall. I remember the day we flew Larry's kite at Higley and your dad was not real happy when you crashed it but he just kind of shook his head and let us fools carry on. Remember the good times and good laughs, life is all too short.
