Dear Doug, Tamie and Families,
How we will miss Phil spending summers at Higley. Such a dear, sweet man - a wonderful friend and neighbor! We are grateful to have known his friendship as we are yours!
Can hear his 4 wheeler coming and going up the hill when we close our eyes and will always smile when we think of him so agreeably saying, "You betcha!"
We will miss you Phil!
