NORFOLK Funeral services for 61 year old Frank J. Moody, 63 Second Ave, Gloversville, NY will be held Sunday at 3 pm at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk with Rev. Harold Wheat, pastor of the Norfolk United Methodist Church presiding. A spring burial will be held in Bixby Cemetery, Norfolk. Calling hours will be held Sunday at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk from 12 pm until the time of the funeral. Mr. Moody passed away on Wednesday January 21 at the Mountain Valley Hospice Center in Gloversville. A memorial service was held Thursday at the Hospice Center.
Frank is survived by his companion Candice Gage of Gloversville, his parents Walter and Georgina Moody of Norfolk, his two daughters Catrina Rossen and Jamie Moody, both of Texas and one grandchild. He has two sisters Mrs. Mickey Constance Spencer and Mrs. Chris Robin Baxter, both of Norfolk.
Born in Potsdam on September 27, 1947 to Walter and Georgina DeShane Moody, he worked for Taylor Made in Gloversville, NY as a welder. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1967-1971.
