Norfolk- Funeral services for 90 year old Anthony Breg of 46 West High Street, Norfolk; will be held Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Raymonds Church in Raymondville with Rev. Andrew Amyot, pastor, presiding. Burial will be in Visitation Cemetery in Norfolk. Friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk on Monday from 4-7 PM. Mr. Breg died Sunday morning at Massena Memorial Hospital. Surviving are his wife Margaret of Norfolk; son;Joseph and Magda Bregg ,daughters Eva Enache and fiance Bill Lawrence , Ilona and Robert Joy; all of Norfolk; 6 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Brother John Breg of Romania,and 1 Sister Rose Stucz of Welland, Ont. Canada. He was pre-deceased by a brother Steve and a sister Margaret Zsoldos. Born in Romania on February 20, 1918, son of Anthony and Elizabeth Gebel Breg, he married Margaret Schwarczkoph on February 15, 1944. He was a custodian/caretaker for the Church of the Visitation and the parish cemetery from 1969-1986. He was a communicant of the Church of the Visitation and a Hungarian Army Veteran of WWII in which he was a prisoner of war. Donations may be made to the Norfolk Rescue Squad.
