POTSDAMFuneral services for 59 year old Debra A. Paige, a resident of 3 Deborah Drive, Potsdam will be held Monday, October 5, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood, with Rev. Andrew Amyot presiding. Burial will take place following the service in Hale Cemetery, Norfolk. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Sunday from 4-7 p.m. Mrs. Paige passed away Tuesday afternoon at her home.
Debra is survived by her husband of 41 years, Frank Sr.; her two sons, Frank Jr. and Nicole, Raymondville; Elwin and Kelly, Massena; his daughter, Amy Paige and her fiancé James Baker, Norfolk; her nine grandchildren, Bridget and Elisha Paige; Gage Snyder; Jackson, Kristopher, Sarah, and James Jr. Baker; Erika and Brittney Brannen; and one great grandchild, Mason McGrath. She is also survived by a brother, Francis Brothers, Chase Mills; her sisters, Anna and Ralph Willard, Norwood; Brenda Cook, Norwood; Rita and Daniel Sharlow, Raymondville; Phyllis and Kenny Derushia, Cortland as well as several nieces and nephews. Debra was predeceased by her grandson, Camron Paige.
Born on May 4, 1956 to the late Elwin J. and Mable Martin Brothers, Debra married Frank Paige Sr. on June 22, 1974. She worked at Norwood-Norfolk Central School for 20 years in the cafeteria and as a custodian, retiring in 2002. She was a communicant of St. Raymonds Church in Raymondville. She enjoyed participating in the Relay for Life. Debra enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, camping, four wheeling, playing cards and games, the girls day and a game or two of bingo.
