NORFOLK– Funeral Services for 81 year old Richard K. Laramay, of 3 High Street, Norfolk, will be held Friday at 10 am at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk with Rev. Don Curry, pastor of the New Testament Church in Massena, presiding. Burial will be held in Bixby Cemetery, Norfolk. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 7-9 pm at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk. Mr. Laramay passed away Wednesday morning at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Mr. Laramay is survived by three sons, Kenneth and Karen, Woodland Hills, CA; Michael and Michele, Massena; and Thomas and Darlene, Liverpool, NY; three daughters, Mrs. Brian Christine Harrington, Dewitt, Michigan; Nancy O’Leary, Norfolk; and Mrs. Scott Diana Plummer, Port Orange, FL; 24 Grandchildren and 17 Great-Grandchildren, a brother Jerry Laramay, Norwood and a ½ brother Terry Brownell. He was pre-deceased by a daughter Mary Laramay and a sister Ruth Sabad. Born in Norwood on September 6, 1927 to Kenneth and Alice Buck Laramay, he married Irene M. Pircsuk on July 14, 1951. She passed away in 1994. He worked for ALCOA in Massena for 40+ years as an aluminum inspector. He was a communicant of the New Testament Church in Massena and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII..
