NORWOOD—Funeral services for 66 year old Robert S. Donahue, 30 Cottage Street, Norwood, will be held Monday at 3 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with Rev. Msgr. John Murphy presiding. Burial will be held in the Calvary Cemetery, Norwood. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Monday from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral. Mr. Donahue passed away early Friday morning at the St. Regis Nursing Home. Robert is survived by his brother, Patrick and Sharon Donahue, Auburn, NY, cousins Jerry and Shirley Vancor and Lenoard Vancor, his special “Girlfriend”, Lynn Jacoby, Potsdam and friend Danny and Jackie LeaShomb, Norwood. Born in Massena on August 5, 1947 to the late Stephen and Anna Reep Donahue, Bob graduated from High School and entered the U.S. Marines. He also served in the National Guard and the Army Reserves. He was very proud of his military service. He worked for the General Motors Corporation for more than 30 years. He was a communicant of St. Andrew’s Church in Norwood and was a past member of the Norwood Fire Department. Memorial Donations in his memory can be made to the St. Lawrence County Cancer Fund.
