POTSDAM—A Celebration of Life service and Balloon release for 50 year old Christine E. Woodward, 3 Wright Road, Potsdam, will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Christine passed away at her home unexpectedly. Born in Massena on September 7, 1963, daughter of Arthur and Marilyn “Joan” Morgan Woodward, Christine graduated from High School and attended College. She worked for OP-TECH in Massena and for North Country Insurance in Potsdam. Christine is survived by her daughter, Rena DeShane and Matthew Klemko, Colton; two grandchildren, Amelia and Axton; her father, Arthur and Bonnie Woodward, Potsdam; her mother, Marilyn Woodward, Homer; her three brothers, Kent and Karen Morgan, Cortland; Ross Woodward, Colorado; Dean Woodward, Buffalo and her two sisters, Jackie Woodward, Potsdam and Robynn Woodward, Colorado. Christine enjoyed reading, cross-stitching and spending time with her grandchildren. Memorial Donations in her memory can be made to a local animal shelter.
