Norfolk--Funeral services for 58 year old Roberta M. Gonyou of 2 Elm Circle Drive in Norfolk, will be held Saturday at 1 PM at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with C.J. McGregor presiding. Friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9. Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Norwood. Mrs. Gonyou died Tuesday at her home.
She is survived by her son Keith Jr.&Patricia Gonyou;Norfolk. Her daughters Ms. Paula Gonyou & her companion Richard Cryderman;Brasher Falls, and Jamie Perrin;Norwood. Her brothers Henry & Vickie Perrin;Charlotte, NC, Charles & Patty Perrin;Marion, NY, Ray Perrin;East Rochester, Roger Perrin;East Rochester, and David Perrin & his fiance Darlene;East Rochester. Her sisters Gloria & Walt Norman;Marion, NY, Carol & Tom Moede;East Rochester and Shelly Perrin; Rochester. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. She is pre-deceased by her sisters Doris Perry, and Barbara Perrin. She is also pre-deceased by a grandchild Melissa Newton.
Born in Ogdensburg on May 1,1950, the daughter of Ray and Anna H. Sequin Perrin, she married Keith J. Gonyou Sr. on October 11, 1969. He died August 4, 2008. She was employed with the St. Lawrence NYSARC in Norwood as a Rehabilition Assistant for 20 plus years. Online condolences can be shared with the family at www.buckfuneralhome.com.
