Dear Family of Charlie, I knew Charlie many years, in school,army & work at the PA. I visited him at Ft Dix expecting him to be polishing one of the large instruments that he played so well. There he was,sitting on his bunk, working on a very small picalo! [He was in the marching band!]He will be missed by all of us. GBWY Clark Warner
