Dealing with a bureaucrat is much the same, weethhr the bureaucracy is private or public. My personal experience is that private bureaucracies are harder to deal with. I could give examples . Shareholder democracy is loathed by regulators and judges. Nonprofits sometimes even set up contested elections for directorships by nominating more candidates than there are vacancies. Federal securities law essentially prevents contested elections for directorships unless a sell-funded group tries for a takeover.

To Kay's family and all her sisters that grew up by me on Martin Street, I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Kay's passing. As small children, we were joined at the hip! Always together, roller skating, playing hop scotch or just hanging out at each others house. Had I known she was in the N.H. I would have gone to visit her. I have two daughters that work in the St. Regis but because of Hepa, they are sworn to secrecy as to who is in the home.So sorry for your loss!
