STOCKHOLM— Graveside services for 101 year old Peal I. Puterbaugh, a resident of the St. Joseph’s Nursing Home in Ogdensburg and formerly of Stockholm will be held in Brookdale Cemetery, Brookdale, later in the spring. Mrs. Puterbaugh passed away Sunday at the St. Joseph’s Nursing Home. Pearl is survived by a son, John and Lois Puterbaugh, Cape Coral, FL; three daughters, Joyce and John O’Brien, Norwood; Ruby Bullock, Wilson, NY and Janice and Richard Sargent, Ogdensburg. Pearl is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, ten great-great grandchildren and one great-great-great grandchild. She was pre-deceased by her daughter Sharon Zastrow. Born in Stockholm on November 16, 1910 to the late George and Mary Jessmer McClure, Pearl married John Puterbaugh on March 10, 1927. He passed away on August 8, 1974. Pearl worked as a Nurse’s Aide for the St. Regis Nursing Home in Massena and was also a homemaker.
