NORFOLK—Calling hours for 101 year old Charles D. Cobb, will be held Wednesday form 2-4 at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk. A graveside service will be held in the spring at the Wylie Cemetery in North Bangor. Mr. Cobb is survived by his sons, James and Barbara; David; a daughter Susan, a step-son Jim and Jean Hill, a nephew Rick and Sue Smith a niece Marie Gravelle , his brother Clarence and Carol Cobb, Canastota, NY ; a special friend, Leon Burnap and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his brother Carl, a sister Isabel Cobb (Brooks) and a son Patrick. Born in North Bangor on April 25, 1910 to the late Joseph B. and Bertha H. Kavanah Cobb, he married Marguerite LeRoux on February 22, 1963. She passed on March 19, 2009. Charles was self-employed as a Licensed Building Contractor and was a Qualified Civil Engineer. Charles was a member of the Kerak Shrine Center in Reno, Nevada and more recently a member of the Ups and Downs Massena Shrine Club and the Media Temple in Watertown, NY.
