Obituary of Louise Fallon Morrow

COLTON-- Funeral services for 97 year old Louise Fallon Morrow, of the Maplewood Campus in Canton and formerly of Potsdam and Colton will be held Friday at 10 am at St. Patricks Church in Colton with Rev. Msgr. Robert Aucoin presiding. Burial will be held in St. Patricks Cemetery, Colton. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Colton on Thursday from 4-7 pm. Mrs. Morrow passed away Monday afternoon with her family beside her.
Louise is survived by two sons, Garry and Christine Morrow, Saratoga Springs; Richard Morrow, Canton; her daughter, Marilyn Lindy and Daniel Demicco, Niskayuna, NY, her five grandchildren, Shawn Morrow, Jacinda Deukmejian, Joshua Lindy, Jeffery Lindy, Katherine Lindy and her two great-grandchildren, Ariana and Makenna Morrow. Louise was eagerly awaiting the birth of two additional great-grandchildren later this summer. She was pre-deceased by her brothers Floyd Fallon Jr., Roswell Fallon and her sisters Dorothy Scott, Esther Lennox and Barbara Miller.
Born in Massena on April 11, 1914 to the late Floyd and Grace Pearl Fallon, she married Kermet Morrow on June 22, 1940. Kermet passed away on July 6, 1993. Louise worked as a homemaker, a school teacher in rural schools in which her last assignment was in Childwold, NY and was also a caseworker for St. Lawrence County. She was a past member of St. Patricks Church, Colton, the Altar and Rosary Society and the Colton Senior Citizens. Louise enjoyed playing Bridge, sewing and quilting and doing crossword puzzles.
