NORFOLKGraveside services for 62 year old Paul J. Phelix, 249 Marsh Road, will be held in Visitation Cemetery in the springtime. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. There will be a Celebration of Life Luncheon held Saturday February 19, 2011 at the Norfolk American Legion at 12 noon for family and friends. A covered Dish is optional. Mr. Phelix passed away Tuesday morning at his home.
Mr. Phelix is survived by his son, Michael Ayott, Norfolk; his daughter, Stacy Gravlin, Norfolk; his mother, Agnes Phelix, Massena, three grandchildren and his three brothers, Arthur Phelix Jr., Massena; Ronald and Patricia Phelix, Indiana and Bernard and Louise Phelix, Richmond, VA.
Born in Massena on December 22, 1948 to Arthur and Agnes Ashley Phelix Sr., he was a self-employed painter. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam.
