My condolences to Joan, Bonnie, Mary Jane and their families, for the loss of their father, Neil Tyo. I've known the Tyo family a long time and Neil was a good man - always kind and friendly to everyone. On one of my last visits home to Norfolk, I enjoyed talking with him awhile at the Legion. He will be missed.

Dear Tyo Family ,
I was saddened at the news of Neils' passing. He was such a kind and gentle man. The line about the Pabst Blue Ribbon in the obituary was cute. I am sure my dad has three waiting for him. Know that we are thinking of you and sharing in your loss. Please let us know if there is something we can do. Thinking of you, Colin

When one star dies, the whole sky cries. Although I only met him a few times, I felt Neil's big heart and upbeat attitude was what defined him. He had a way of making people feel comfortable and important. His passing has left a big void in your lives and for that I am truly sorry. Hopefully happy memories will fill that void soon and your heartache will be lessened.
