Over the years we have lost contact. With each of us so far distant from one another, communication between family has been sporadic at best. Gerry and I were not only sisters but best friends throughout our early years. Together we laughed and cried, and supported one another in many life's struggles. I only regret that we did not keep abreast of our lives as we went along in our later years. The love of our family, brothers, sister, nieces, nephews goes on, no matter the miles. It was wonderful talking to each of you.
Please remember we all handle our grief in different ways, love each other, take care of each other, talk to each other. Friends are wonderful and can bring comfort in our loss, but remember family is forever. Don't let miles or a busy life separate what you have.
