Obituary of Shelly A. Donnelly

NORWOOD—Funeral services for 39 year old Shelly A. Donnelly, of 105 Austin Ridge Road, Norwood, will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with Rev. Lee Sweeney presiding. Calling hours will be Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9, and Wednesday 12 noon until the time of the funeral at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood. Shelly passed away Sunday at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg. Shelly is survived by her husband, Kevin Donnelly, Norwood; her son, Aiden, 8, and her daughter, Aleah, 2, at home; her father, Darwin Phillips and her mother, Lucille Phillips, Norwood; her brothers, Franklin “Bub” & Bobbi Jean Phillips, Norwood; Brian & Jennifer Phillips, Madrid; and her sister, Tammy & Ross Wilson Canton; and several nieces & nephews. Born on April 27, 1971 in Massena to Darwin and Lucille Pecore Phillips. She married Kevin Donnelly on June 5, 1993. Shelly worked for the Postal Service in Norfolk as a mail carrier before becoming a Tax preparer for H&R Block in Massena. She was a member of the Norwood United Methodist Church. She was also involved with the Norwood-Norfolk youth baseball program. Memorial donations can be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center, 601 Elmwood Ave. Rochester, NY 14642 and the Richard Winters Cancer Center, Ogdensburg.
