I am writing to extend my deepest sympathies to you and your family. I was so very sad to hear about Bobby. He was such a wonderful guy. I remember when he came to Boston to visit, my roommates and I loved it! He was the life of the party, but at the same time he really listened and was so easy to talk to.

We were so sorry to hear of Bob's (Bobby to us)passing. We (The Vorel Family) have very fond memories of many wonderful days next to the Ruggles family at Copeland Pond in Fort Ann, NY. We spent all our summers there for many years and learned to love the outdoors and the lake with the Ruggles family. Bobby was the "waterskiing champ" on the lake and we would all come out on our decks to watch him flying on his slalom ski around the lake! He taught many of us to how to ski and love the lake. Thanks for the great memories Bobby! We will keep you all in our hearts and prayers always.
With love, The Vorel's (John, Jane, Patty, Tracy, Mark, Steven and Michael)

When I worked at North Country Freedom Homes Bob was the first person I thought to call when my wife was in labor and I needed someone to fill in. He took my place with two simple words: "Of Course." That is always how I will remember him.
Bon Voyage Dr. Bob!!!

Dear Stacy and Family,
There's an old Irish saying that one shares with grieving families and friends when words are so inadequate as they are now. That saying is, "I'm sorry for your trouble," and I offer that to you.
And although I shared a few words with Bob just a few weeks ago, I noticed even then the gentleness and serenity in his eyes and whole demeanor. We are all lessened by his loss.
Peace.
Ed A.

Dear Stacy,
I am so sorry to hear about Bob. My son Gordon and I lived next door to Bob and Bob for a long time. He was always so much fun and there isn't a Christmas that goes by that I don't think of both of them helping with our tree. Gordon and both will miss him very much.

Bob, my fellowship friend was a truly humble man, never opinionated and always carried a message of hope and kindness. He is now free from his bondage on earth and will join many of us on his journey to his next job, as on earth helping others, as in heaven helping others this was in Bob's nature. I will miss You Bob R. you have been torched by a power far greater than your self and mercy will be shown to you forever. I am humbled by your acts of kindness you have shown to me and others. Your will be with my spirit until we meet again. Happy Joyous and Free Bob, Happy Joyous and Free! My prayers go out to you family friends and loved ones. I am grateful that you have been a part of my journey.
Love and Peace Bob,
