Norwood--Funeral services for 86 year old Earl R. Cutler of 29 Baldwin Avenue in Norwood, will be held Saturdayat 10AM at St. Andrews Church in Norwood with Rev. Msgr. Harry Snow, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery in Norwood. Friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood from 2-4 and 7-9 on Friday. Mr. Cutler died Wednesday at the VA Hospital in Syracuse. Surviving: Son-Randy & Susan; Norfolk Daughters- Mrs. Peter Sherry LaPlaca; Vernon, CT. Ms. Karen Cutler; Massena Mrs. David Paula Relyea; Camillus, NY. 10 Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren Brother- Donald & Charlotte; Eatontown, NJ. Pre- deceased brothers- Clarence, L.D. and Daylon Born in Norwood on November 1, 1921, son of Charles and Florence Casselman Cutler, he married Wilda Rabideau on October 1, 1945 she died August 18, 2006. He was in the Army-Airforce during WWII and a POW in Germany for 10 months. He was an inspector at Alcoa after 43 years of service he retired in 1984. He was a communicant of St. Andrews Church, a member of the Norfolk American Legion, Alcoa 25 year club, and a member of the Cold Springs and Featherbed Hunting Club.
