Obituary of Iona A. McKay

Colton—Funeral services for 65 year old Iona A. McKay of 3921 State highway 56, Colton, will be held Monday at 11 am at the Buck Funeral Home in Colton with Rev. Pat Lennox presiding. There will be no public calling hours. Burial will be held in the Fairview Cemetery, Edwards. Mrs. McKay passed away early Friday morning at her home. Iona is survived by her three sons, William McKay, South Colton, Charles and Jeanette McKay, South Colton and Scott and Jamie McKay, Potsdam, her six grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a sister Marie McCuen, South Colton. She was pre-deceased by her two brothers William and Louis Clark. Born in Potsdam on September 11, 1944 to Allen and Hazel Bickford Clark, she graduated from Colton-Pierrepont Central School. She worked for the NYS Department of Mental Health as a Building Superintendent in Wassaic, NY. She enjoyed reading.
