NORFOLK- Funeral services for 94 year old Juanita E.Myers, a resident of Syracuse and formerly of Norfolk, will be held Thursday at 11 AM at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk with Rev. Harold Wheat, pastor of the Norfolk United Methodist Church officiating.Burial will be in Visitation Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home in Norfolk Wednesday from 4-7 PM. Mrs. Myers died Sunday in Syracuse.
Surviving are 2 Sons; Joseph & Jean Myers,Norfolk; John & Christina Myers, Scotia; and a daughter Mary Courcy of Syracuse; 9 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a sister Dorothy Thomas of North Haven, CT.
Born November 5, 1914 in New Haven, Ct.; daughter of Edward & Minnie Shepard Smith, she married Joseph Myers on November 2, 1935. He died in 1985.She was a homemaker.Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
