NORFOLK– A memorial mass for 91 year old Ruth M. Trimboli, of 3 High Street, Norfolk, will be held Wednesday at 10 am at St. Mary’s Church in Potsdam with Rev. Gary Giroux, pastor, presiding. Burial will take place in the Calvary Cemetery in Norwood. Mrs. Trimboli passed away Friday evening at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Ruth is survived by a sister-in-law Mary Vernatter, Potsdam and brother-in-laws Patsy Trimboli, Norwood and Ross Trimboli of Darby, PA. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews, among them were her caregivers Dominic Germano of Raymondville and Marge Scoville of Potsdam. She was pre-deceased by her husband. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 21, 1917, she married Frank Trimboli on February 21, 1942 in Norfolk, VA at the Naval Base. She was a homemaker and was self-employed as a Ceramic Store owner in Sunnyvale, CA, where she also taught Sunday School. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Potsdam and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and driving people to church. Memorial Donations can be made to the Church of the Visitation in Norfolk or to St. Mary’s Church in Potsdam.
