CANTON—Funeral services for 68 year old Tyrone Taylor, a resident of 143 Nickerson Road, Canton, will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with Philip “Skip” Edie, pastor of the Crary Mills Presbyterian Church presiding. Burial will be held in the Calvary Cemetery, Norwood. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Mr. Taylor passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at his home.
Born in Harlem, NY on August 21, 1947, one of six children to the late Jerome and Mable Waddell Taylor, Tyrone loved his texture toys and also enjoyed singing. You could tell his mood by the tone of his voice. Tyrone also enjoyed attending the NYSARC day treatment program to work and spend time with his friends. He will be missed by his friends and staff at the house and throughout NYSARC. Memories and condolences may be shared online at www.buckfuneralhome.com .
