WADDINGTON—Funeral services for 87 year old June Marie Wilson, a resident of Hamilton Gardens, Waddington, and formerly of South Colton and Lisbon, will be held Sunday, November 8, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. at the Colton Wesleyan Church with Rev. Tom Chappell presiding. Burial will be held in the South Colton Cemetery. A pot-luck luncheon will be held after the service. Family and friends can call at the church on Sunday from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service. Mrs. Wilson passed away early Friday morning at her home. June is survived by her three daughters, Shirley (Castle) and Robert Tracy, Ogdensburg; Kathy Wilson, Waddington; Nancy (Wilson) and Barre Seguin, Italy; her six grandchildren, Robert, Thomas and Terrance Tracy and Marie, Sonia and Barre Seguin. June is also survived by her five great-grandchildren Cody, Tess, Ryan, Noah and Olivia Tracy and her brother-in-law, Richard Gossum and her niece Cheryl Gossum Clifton, both of Phoenix, Arizona. June was pre-deceased by her sister Carol Gossum in 2003. She was pre-deceased in death by her husbands, Leonard Roy Castle and Charles (Chick) Wilson. Born in South Colton on July 10, 1928 to the late Eugene and Gertrude Miles Clothier, she was a dedicated homemaker as well as owning and operating the Wilson’s Gulf Station in Ogdensburg and Wilson’s Trucking along with her husband. June at one time also was a factory worker, working at Cleveland Container, Acco and Compass. In her spare time, she loved baking for the family as well as traveling and camping.
