NORFOLKCalling hours for 73 year old Wayne E. Blanchard and his wife, 71 year old Emma A. Blanchard, will be held Friday from 4-7 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk. Wayne passed away on October 17, 2015 and Emma passed away on November 10, 2012. Burial will be held in the Riverside Cemetery in Norwood at a later date.
Wayne is survived by his two sons, Randy, Norfolk; Michael and Tracy, Knoxville, TN; a daughter, Tammy Blanchard and her companion Ken Alberts, Norfolk; Vicky Cruz, Texas; three grandchildren and his sister, Patricia and Leon Burnap, Norfolk. Wayne worked for the Village of Potsdam as the Building Inspector for many years. In his spare time, he drove school bus for NNCS, enjoyed being a mechanic and loved being in the woods and working on the farm.
