NORWOOD - Graveside services for Dorothy V. Fullerton, 98, a resident of the Newark Manor Nursing Home in Newark, NY and formerly of Norwood will be held in the Riverside Cemetery, Norwood, at a date to be announced. Mrs. Fullerton passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026 in Newark, NY. Dorothy is survived by her children, Sharon Sullivan, Arab, AL; two beloved grandchildren, Tiffany Flint and partner John Ryker, Bloomfield, NY and Christopher and Jennifer Flint, Arab, AL. Dorothy was pre-deceased by her parents, her husband Keith; a sister, Marion (Dean) McDonald Gary and brothers Wyman and Elva Pratt McDonald and Earl (Bob) and Luella Washburn McDonald.

Born in Norwood on September 5, 1927 to the late Roy and Margaret Worley McDonald, Dorothy graduated from Norwood High School in 1944 and continued her education, graduating from Nursing School. Dorothy worked as a nurse at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital for many years. In her spare time, Dorothy enjoyed bowling and reading.
