NORFOLK - Graveside services for Colin W. Seeber, 81, a resident of the Massena Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Massena and formerly of 59 River Road, Norfolk, will be held in the Visitation Cemetery in Norfolk on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 11 a.m. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date to be announced. Mr. Seeber passed away early Thursday morning, April 30, 2026 at the Massena Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Massena with his wife at his side.

Colin is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sharon, Massena; his two sons, Joseph L. and Erin Seeber, Potsdam and Brian and Nora Seeber, Louisville; his beloved six grandchildren, Eric Seeber, Alexa Seeber, Angela Seeber, Christopher Seeber, Adria Hasty and Carter Hasty; four great-grandchildren; a brother, William and Deborah Seeber, NC and a sister, Kay and Duane Huff, FL as well as several fond nieces and nephews. Colin was pre-deceased by his parents Edward and Elizabeth, two brothers, Edward Jr. and Herbert Seeber and two sisters, Maryann Simons and Beverly Snyder.

Born in Norfolk, NY on July 1, 1944 to the late Edward and Elizabeth Campbell Seeber Sr., Colin graduated from Norwood-Norfolk Central School, Class of 1962. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving during the Vietnam Conflict until 1966. He married Sharon L. LeCuyer on July 10, 1965. Together, they raised two boys and Colin worked as a Journeyman Electrician at ALCOA for38 years, retiring in 2004. In his spare time, Colin enjoyed playing golf, going shooting and doing a little fishing. He loved watching Westerns on T.V. and was a past member of the Norfolk American Legion.
