WINTHROP - A Celebration of Life gathering for Frank W. Kaiser, 72, a resident of 1284 County Rt. 49, Winthrop and formerly of Norfolk, will be held at a later date. Burial will be held in the Raymondville Cemetery. Frank passed away Tuesday morning, January 6, 2026 at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital with family at his side. Frank is survived by his companion Diane Ahronian, FL and Winthrop; his two children, Danielle and Jeffrey Hunter, Winthrop and Frank J. Kaiser, Raymondville; his four beloved grandchildren, John Hunter, Olivia Hunter, Jilliana Hunter and Alissa Kaiser; two sisters, Lena and Carl Taubl, Leesburg, FL and Kenzie and Kevin Monroe, Norfolk as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Frank was pre-deceased by his parents and a sister, Karen Wood.
Born in Potsdam, NY on July 27, 1953 to the late Frank A. and Elva Mae Richards Kaiser, Frank graduated from Norwood-Norfolk High School, Class of 1972. A marriage to Donna Monore on January 19, 1974 later ended in divorce. Frank worked at General Motors in Massena for 31 years and after his retirement, was the caretaker of the Blake Campground for several years. In his spare time, Frank enjoyed watching his granddaughters play hockey, watching NASCAR, camping and hunting.
