NORWOOD - Calling hours for Mark A. Donovan Sr., 60, a resident of 2617 County Rt. 35, Norwood, will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 4-7 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood. A memorial ride with the Hometown Cruisers will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, starting at 4 p.m.?, starting at the Hometown Cafe in Norwood. Mr. Donovan passed away late Friday evening, October 17, 2025 at his home suddenly. Mark is survived by his wife of 39 years, Tammy, Norwood; his five children, Nicole Donovan, Norwood; Mark Donovan Jr., Madrid; Danielle and Chris Donovan-Briggs, Norwood; Brittany and Bryan Brock, Madrid and Ashley and Jeremy Montgomery, also of Madrid; his three beloved grandchildren, Brianna Carr, Jack Montgomery and Asher Brock; two brothers, Craig and Katy Donovan and George Donovan Jr. as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members. Mark was pre-deceased by his parents George and Sammi.

Born in Derry, NH on May 28, 1965 to the late George J. and Sammi Donovan, Mark graduated from Potsdam Central School and attended trade school for Automotive. He married Tammy Perry on February 6, 1986. Mark worked for St. Lawrence County in the Governmental Services Department. In his free time, Mark enjoyed his antique vehicles. He loved tinkering in his garage, especially with Dani, attending the car shows and spending time with his fellow car enthusiasts. He enjoyed going to Universal Studios especially around Halloween time. Most of all, Mark loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
