NORWOOD -- Calling hours for Patricia A. Marselis, 84, a resident of 1 Maple Street, Norwood, will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at which time prayers will be offered. Burial will be held in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Lawrenceville, NY. Patricia passed away early Wednesday morning, May 21, 2025 at the North Country Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Massena after a brief stay. Patricia is survived by her many beloved nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was pre-deceased by her parents and her 7 brothers, Donald, William, Robert, Bernard, Lewis, Lawrence and Francis Gonyea and five sisters, Janet Queor, Kathleen Fitzpatrick, Helen Rindal, Elizabeth Farmer and Jean Kathleen Gonyea.

Born in Potsdam, NY on February 3, 1941 to the late Clarence B. and Luella E. Arquitt Gonyea, Patricia attended school and married Lloyd G. Marselis on July 31, 1965. Lloyd later passed away on November 13, 1989. Patricia worked at Clarkson University for 28 years as a custodian. Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family and enjoyed the wildlife, especially birds.
