Obituary of Caroline J. Charity

                                                                    Graveside services for 85-year-old Caroline J. Charity will be held Monday at 1 PM at Riverside Cemetery in Norwood, with Lay Speaker Don McClure officiating. There will be no calling hours.   Mrs. Charity passed away Tuesday at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital.  

Born in Stockholm on July 15, 1932, daughter of Norval and Isabel Steenburg McClure, she first married Roy Trimm. He died on July 9, 1980. She later married Osroe Lee Charity on July 13, 1984. She was employed as a Special Education Bus Driver for Norwood-Norfolk Central School.

She is survived by her husband Lee of Norwood; three sons, Roy and Linda Trimm, Norwood; Randy Trimm, Potsdam; and Rick and Sandy Trimm, Norfolk; one Daughter; Robin and Brent Remington; Parishville. She is also survived by two Step-Sons; Lee “Sonny” and Lori Charity; Illinois and Joe and Sheryl Charity; Laurens, NY.; one Step-Daughter, Amber Willard of Norfolk.

She is also survived by Ten Grandchildren and Two Brothers; Glenn and Betty McClure, Florida and Donald and Gloria McClure; Rochester Three Step-Brothers and One Sister; Linda and Bob Locey of Winthrop.

She was pre-deceased by a son Rusty Trimm and a brother Dale McClure.

She was a member of the Norwood American Legion Auxillary and enjoyed Bingo and Knitting.
